Job summary

AMCS Group is offering a Sales Operations Internship (College Placement) in Limerick, Ireland. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic SaaS environment, supporting forecasting, data analysis and performance reporting within the Sales Operations Team.

The successful candidate will come from a Finance or Business course, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), dashboards, KPIs and forecasting data models.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will come from a Finance or Business course.
• Experience with large and complex data sets is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the sales forecasting process and provide ongoing operational support to sales teams.
• Analyse current sales processes and data to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that increase sales velocity and remove blockers.
• Collaborate with sales management and cross-functional teams to ensure system compliance and streamlined processes.
• Support the development and visual communication of KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and trend reports to monitor performance against targets.
• Help develop forecasting data models and identify trends to improve forecast accuracy within Salesforce CRM aligned with company KPIs.
