Sigmar Recruitment partners with a pioneering renewable energy and energy services company in Ireland to appoint a Sales Manager. You will lead the Commercial function, owning sales, marketing, and pricing strategies across multiple channels to maximise revenue and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in a Sales Manager position within a B2B context, preferably in renewable energy or utilities, with strong CRM and Irish market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 years as Sales Manager in a B2B context (renewable energy, utilities or similar sectors preferred).
• Experience leading multi-channel sales and pricing strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with financial skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the Irish energy market regulatory environment.

About Your New Job

As the Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the Commercial function, owning the execution of sales, marketing, and pricing strategies across multiple channels.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that maximise revenue and profitability, ensure exceptional customer experience, and support the company’s expanding product range.
• Act as the custodian of the company's brand and market positioning, creating impactful marketing strategies that increase market share and recognition.
• Drive business development and nurture relationships across the wider group and stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead the commercial sales team, promote a culture of high performance and engagement, and support managers to reach business and individual objectives.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
• 3 years as a Sales Manager ideally leading commercial sales in a B2B context (renewable energy, utilities, construction or similar sectors preferred).
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple sales channels, executing business strategy, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, with analytical, strategic, and financial skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a deep understanding of the Irish energy market and its regulatory environment.
