As a Sales Incentive Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) team, which defines go‑to‑market, designs compensation plans and calculates and assigns quota and coverage. You will be part of an unprecedented evolution working together with leadership across all departments to define sales compensation and therefore the direction of our organization at a global scale. You will lead the strategic design and optimization of sales compensation programs that drive top‑line growth. You will be responsible for developing compensation plans that align seller behavior with our most critical company objectives, evaluating plan effectiveness through rigorous data analytics, and steering cross‑functional alignment. You will combine deep business acumen, sharp investigative rigor, courage in high‑pressure environments, and the grit to navigate ambiguity. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring our compensation programs remain equitable, fiercely engaging, and inspiring for all our salespeople. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €118000 - €121000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Poland: zł340000 - zł349000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
