Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive for a Dublin-based opportunity with an established Print and Signage company. This field role involves visiting clients across Dublin and surrounding areas to generate new business and manage a personal sales pipeline.

You will proactively identify print, POS, and display solutions that deliver ROI, nurture relationships, follow up quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role – field based.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach to business development and lead generation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple opportunities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand customer needs.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in print, signage, POS, or display solutions is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate profitable new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Identify opportunities where print, POS, and display solutions can enhance customer visibility and brand presence.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, consistently following up on enquiries to convert them into orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up quotations and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify upselling and repeat business opportunities.
• Recommend solutions that deliver measurable ROI for customers, positioning display and print products as effective marketing tools.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities, consistently achieving agreed activity levels and sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• This role is Field Sales, on the road 5 Days visiting clients and generating new business

Job description

Working for a Print and Signage Company who are a family run business and 80 years old. Some of their products include Posters, POS Displays, Outdoor Media Campaigns and Exhibition Stands.

Due to continued success and growth they are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Team to cover Dublin and surrounding areas.

What’s on Offer

This role comes with a base salary of circa 45k along with Commission plus Benefits such as Car/Car Allowance, phone, laptop.
