Job summary

Skechers Liffey Valley is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team in Lucan, Dublin. The role focuses on hitting retail targets, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting Skechers footwear and accessories.

You'll be the brand ambassador, maintain store standards, upsell products, and share knowledge with customers while supporting the team during peak hours. Availability midweek, weekends, and late nights is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hit retail targets, total sales, units per transaction, and products sold.
• Be the brand ambassador for Skechers and uphold store standards.
• Upsell accessories and apparel to enhance customer experience.
• Provide top-notch customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Maintain visually appealing and well-stocked shelves throughout shifts.
