Job summary

Skechers Crescent store in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and oversee daily operations, merchandising, customer service and team coaching.

You will help drive sales, recruit and train staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

Qualifications

• Experience at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level.
• Strong leadership and team-education skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule.

• Maintaining optimal shop inventory levels and ensuring compliance with health and safety laws
• Keeping the store aesthetically pleasant and addressing customer issues efficiently
• Supporting clients and troubleshooting as needed
• Owning and contributing to store sales targets
• Additional tasks as directed by upper management

• Ability to perform various work floor activities, including reaching aloft, bending, squatting, kneeling, and carrying goods
