Job summary

Skechers Bray invites energetic retail professionals to join our Bray store as a Sales Superstar. You will drive sales, greet customers, and showcase the latest Skechers styles, delivering exceptional service on the shop floor.

You’ll develop in-depth product knowledge, upsell accessories and apparel, and collaborate with the back-of-house team to keep shelves stocked and displays aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive total sales, units per transaction, and products sold.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Upsell accessories and apparel to enhance the customer’s purchase.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards on the floor.
