Job summary

Smyths Toys Superstores is hiring a Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a temporary contract with pay rates of €14.25 per hour for over 20 and €13.00 per hour for under 20. You will be helping customers, stocking shelves, handling tills, and contributing to a friendly, fast-paced store environment.

Flexible availability across 7 days is required as stores operate daily. Prior retail experience helps, but enthusiasm and customer focus are valued above all.

Qualifications

• Retail experience desirable, but not essential.
• Outdoor/Bikes, Nursery, Software & Gaming, Backdoor/Warehouse experience advantageous.

Contract and Pay

This is a temporary contract, with a rate of pay of €14.25 per hour for over 20 and €13.00 per hour for under 20.

The Ideal Candidate

• Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable, but not essential:

Our stores are open 7 days a week so we need our Sales Assistants to be as flexible as possible.
