Job summary

Centra is seeking a part-time deli team member in Ireland to prepare hot and cold deli products and ensure customer satisfaction. You will make sandwiches, slice meats, and cook foods while upholding high display standards.

The role emphasizes sharing knowledge and friendly service to shoppers and involves working 2–3 days midweek with shifts finishing by 5pm. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, a passion for food, and the ability to work quickly in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• HACCP training desirable but not necessary.

• Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas i.e. make sandwiches and rolls, dish up hot food and slice meats using the store`sportion control measures
• Cook, prepare and display the foods sold throughout the day
• Ensure that the counter displays across all fresh food departments are to the highest standards at all times throughout the day
• Demonstrate your passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with customers
• Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.

About the locality:

We are looking for somebodypart-time to join our deli team. Hours will consist of 2/3 days a week between Monday and Friday. There will be no weekend or evening work required as the latest shift would be finishing at 5pm.
