Job summary

Centra in Cork is seeking a friendly customer service assistant to ensure shoppers enjoy an excellent experience. You will greet customers, answer queries and assist with product recommendations to help them find what they need with confidence.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced retail environment in County Cork. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Flexible and organised with great attention to detail.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
