IKEA Dublin is hiring Sales Co-workers to help customers find the right products and keep the sales area tidy and inviting. You will actively share product knowledge to boost sales and deliver a positive shopping experience across hours that include days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities include maintaining a fully stocked and well-presented area, pricing products, and assisting customers with solutions for their home.

IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome Sales Co-workers to their team.

A Sales Co‑worker at IKEA helps customers find the right products while keeping the sales area tidy, stocked, and inspiring, actively offering product knowledge and solutions to boost sales.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 3rd of November
• Competitive hourly rate of €15.70 per hour.
• 16,18 and 24hr contracts working 4/5 days over 7 (dependent on contract size) with every 4th weekend off.
• For these roles we are looking for daytime availalbity during the week along with evenings and both weekend days.
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

• You take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with your daily tasks.
• Prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.

• Provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
• Enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
• You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
