Card Factory plc is looking for Sales Assistants to join our team in Ireland. You’ll be part of a vibrant store environment that values celebration, creativity and connection.

No retail experience is required as full training is provided; you’ll learn quickly and enjoy helping customers find the perfect gift. You’ll be on your feet in a busy setting, serving at the till, stocking shelves and engaging with customers to create memorable moments.

• Full training provided to all new staff.
• You should be friendly, approachable and happy to help.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
