Job summary

Dealz in Cork, Ireland is looking for a Sales Assistant to be our brand ambassador on the shop floor, helping create a great shopping experience for customers every day.

You’ll be part of a friendly, energetic team, keeping the store stocked, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring the tills run smoothly in a tidy, welcoming environment. Training will be provided and there are clear paths to Team Leader as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team.
• Good attention to detail, especially on tills.
• No specific retail experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store stocked and shelves neat and tidy.
• Provide friendly, fantastic customer service to shoppers.
• Assist with deliveries and ensure checkouts run smoothly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming store environment.
• Demonstrate energy and teamwork; potential progression to Team Leader.

About The Role

You’ll be part of a friendly, energetic team, keeping the store stocked, giving fantastic customer service, supporting deliveries, making sure the checkouts run smoothly and ensuring the environment is safe, tidy and welcoming.

A can do, friendly approach in a team environment is what we need for this role. Having an organised approach with good attention to detail, especially on the tills, is key. Retail or customer service experience is great, but not essential, we’ll unleash your potential providing the training to get you up to speed as you’re a key part of our success.
