Centra in Ireland is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to ensure customer satisfaction is the number one priority. You will engage with shoppers with pride, passion and care and inspire confidence through knowledge and friendly service.

The role involves handling customer queries, merchandising shelves to a high standard, and embracing new initiatives and ways of working to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
