Job summary

FBD Holdings plc, Ireland's leading homegrown insurer, seeks a Sales Advisor to drive Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial sales while delivering excellent customer care. You will support the Sales Office, manage inquiries, and contribute to the local FBD Brand through proactive selling and compliant practices.

The role requires Leaving Certificate or equivalent, and may involve AP A/CIP qualifications with internal support. A permanent contract and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent or relevant third level qualification.
• APA/APP/CIP or Grandfathered Accreditation desired, with timeframes for qualification support.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related systems for daily administration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets through prospecting and upselling.
• Handle customer queries and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product range and compliance.
• Support branch operations and may cover Mart visits.
• Collaborate with Life and Pension advisor to enhance service delivery.
• Assist with renewal follow-ups and debit/premium collections.
