Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a previous sales or customer-facing role would be an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive customer satisfaction.
• Ability to expand knowledge across a range of brands and products.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior customer experience by matching needs through product demonstrations and closing sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch KPIs.
• Work as a team to support store targets and store displays.
• Maintain pricing, standards and product knowledge for customers.
