Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is assisting in sourcing a Health & Safety Advisor for a flagship €154M project in Dublin. The role offers circa €65,000 plus a company vehicle/allowance, pension, life insurance, income protection and more.

Based on a premier main contractor, the role focuses on driving safety culture on-site, supporting progression and education, with opportunities across multiple Dublin sites including Swords and Leopardstown.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in construction (residential/commercial).
• A degree or diploma in Health & Safety.
• A full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Driving a positive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors.
• Conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Overseeing safety documentation including RAMS and site safety plans.
• Delivering engaging toolbox talks and mentoring site personnel.
• Investigating incidents/near‑misses and implementing effective preventative measures.
• Ensuring full alignment with Irish & EU health and safety legislation.
