Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to support construction sites across Dublin. This is a hands-on role with a well-established contractor delivering commercial and residential projects.

You will implement and manage EHS policies, carry out routine site inspections and safety audits, investigate incidents, and report on safety performance to drive continuous improvement across all sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Safety Advisor role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
