Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for a leading construction company operating across the Galway region. The role focuses on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing risk across multiple live sites.

Key responsibilities include monitoring H&S policies, site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, toolbox talks, RAMS support, and liaison with site teams and external bodies.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Health & Safety qualification (preferable).
• 2–5 years’ construction H&S experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
