Job summary

Daon is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate multi‑team engineering efforts for the TrustX SaaS platform, ensuring smooth development, testing, and production releases. This role emphasizes technical problem‑solving, cross‑team coordination, and delivery excellence in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Architects, DevOps, QA, Pre‑Sales, and Professional Services to align on deployments, performance needs, and customer scenarios, while removing

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and delivering enterprise-class software products, including multi-team releases.
• Strong technical fluency across modern SaaS stacks and cross-functional collaboration.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Java ecosystems (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST, Hibernate).
• Experience with tooling such as Git, GitHub Actions, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of multiple engineering teams to ensure releases progress through dev/qc/staging/prod.
• Plan and respond to change with minimal disruption to ongoing efforts.
• Remove blockers and drive resolution with the team.
• Manage the release process and QC needs; act as single point of contact for the QC Lead.
• Participate in P1 incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Partner with Pre-Sales and Professional Services to ensure platform deployments meet customer needs.
• Coordinate feedback with Support to drive root-cause resolution of recurring issues.
