Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain planning or related.
• Experience with CMOs and external supply partners.
• Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated manufacturing.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred; SAP IBP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain the short-term supply plan to support demand and inventory targets.
• Monitor supply performance and identify risks to continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to resolve constraints.
• Align demand with supply availability.
• Prioritise supply allocation for commercial and clinical needs.
• Lead vendor relationships and regular review meetings.
• Support Clinical Supply planning and execution.
• Provide rapid response to supply challenges.
