Citi's Services Analyst Program is a 2.5-year rotational program designed to help you build a broad skill set and accelerate your career growth across multiple areas within Citi's Services business.

The program starts in July with intensive training, followed by rotations across two roles based on interests and business needs. You will work on data-driven projects, use AI insights, and present outcomes to senior leaders to drive value.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2025–2027 with a 2.1 (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Interest in financial services and AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials for business development and revenue growth using data-driven insights and AI.
• Assist with process optimization and AI-powered automation initiatives.
• Analyze client data to improve service offerings with advanced analytics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Participate in networking events and leadership discussions.
