Job summary

Citi’s Services Analyst Program is a 2.5‑year rotational program designed to build a broad skill set and accelerate career growth. You will rotate across two roles, gain hands‑on project experience, and engage with senior leaders.

The program begins in July with intensive training and orientation to anchor you in Citi’s culture. You will work on market research, develop materials for business growth, and analyze client data to tailor services.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Exposure to analytical platforms or an eagerness to learn about AI‑specific tools will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends.
• Develop materials to support business development and revenue growth; identify AI‑driven opportunities.
• Assist with process optimization to improve efficiency and mitigate risk, including AI/ML applications.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities and tailor service delivery; understand AI-driven insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership; communicate data insights clearly.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions.
