Job summary

Citi is offering a 2.5-year Services Analyst Program designed to develop a broad skill set across multiple areas within the Services business. You will gain exposure to senior leaders, work on real projects, and develop skills in data analysis, reporting, and AI applications within financial services.

Qualifications

• Graduating between 2025 and Summer 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Exposure to analytical platforms or eagerness to learn about AI-specific tools will be beneficial.
• Interest in financial services and a drive to learn how technology, including AI, is transforming the industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials to support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth, identifying opportunities where data-driven insights and AI capabilities add value.
• Assist with process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk, exploring how AI/ML tools can automate tasks or improve decision-making.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings, including AI-driven segmentation and insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting implications of AI-driven insights for business strategies.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions to support professional development.
