Job summary

The Westbury Hotel in Dublin seeks a Room Service Waiter to deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with attentive, efficient service and according to hotel standards.

You will prepare orders, set trays, clear items and maintain cleanliness in guest areas while upholding the Doyle Collection's service ethos. A friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work as part of a team are essential, with opportunities for training and career progression.

Job description

As a Room Service Waiter you are responsible for preparing orders, setting trays and delivering food courses and beverages to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide top quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating system. Additionally responsible for maintaining cleanliness at work standards and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.
