Job summary

Little Harvard Childcare in Greystones (Co. Wicklow) invites an experienced Room Leader to guide a dedicated room team in delivering high-quality, play-based learning for young children. You will plan engaging activities, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and model best practices in early years education.

The role emphasises strong leadership, partnership with families, and adherence to Tusla regulations, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (Level 7/8 desirable).
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Solid knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Confidence in mentoring and guiding team members.

• Plan and oversee engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
