Little Harvard Childcare in Leixlip is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated room team and deliver high-quality, play-based learning. You will plan activities, create a safe, inclusive environment, and model best practices in early years education.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (Level 7/8 desirable).
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Solid knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Confidence in mentoring and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
