First Steps Creche, Silversprings in Cork, Ireland is seeking a caring, full-time team member to join our small full-day care service for children aged 1–5 years.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 childcare qualification, be fluent in English, have strong communication and teamwork skills, and follow TUSLA regulations to ensure safety and well-being.

You will care for 1–2.5 year olds, implement age-appropriate activities, and promote a secure, stimulating learning environment.

Competenze

We are a small full-day care service. (Hours of business :7.30am -5.30 pm)

Who is dedicated to providing a high-quality educational experience for children in our care. We cater for children aged 1-5 years old, on full-day care basis only.

Position:
We are seeking a caring and passionate person to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Minimum Level 5 recognised Childcare qualification required. Must be fluent in English.


• The candidate should have excellent communication skills, an ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team.


• You will be caring for our 1-2.5 years olds – Have the ability to implement early age-appropriate activities.
  – Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children.


• – Have a good knowledge and understanding, and the ability to follow TUSLA regulations.

The role is Full time and candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.

We would love you to join our team in Silversprings .

Pay: €16.50-€18.00 per hour
