Mountain Warehouse in Dublin is seeking a ROI Team Leader for our retailer team on a permanent part-time basis. You will guide and inspire staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold visual merchandising and operational standards.

The role focuses on motivating the team to meet KPIs, coaching for growth, and maintaining a welcoming store environment that reflects the Mountain Warehouse brand. Join a dynamic retail team in a pivotal leadership position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail team to exceed targets and deliver excellent service.
• Maintain shop floor standards including stock presentation, ticketing and organisation.
• Oversee daily store operations with opening/closing duties to ensure smooth workflows.
• Drive engaging visual merchandising to create a clean and welcoming store.
• Prioritise health and safety for the team and customers.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and support their development.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
