Mountain Warehouse is seeking a part-time ROI Team Leader in Cork Centre (CRC) to guide a retail team, deliver exceptional service, and maintain high store standards. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure visual merchandising and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll drive sales, develop team capabilities, and represent the brand with enthusiasm while fostering a welcoming store atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
