Mountain Warehouse Cork Centre (CRC) is seeking a ROI Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team in a part-time permanent role. Based in Cork Centre, you’ll drive sales, operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll coach staff, manage stock and visual merchandising, and lead initiatives that strengthen team performance and store standards. A customer-focused, proactive leader will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
