Roughan and O’Donovan is offering a RO D Graduate Rotation Programme in Dublin for aspiring engineers. The role supports engineers on various projects and provides exposure to design, reporting and site activities.
Selected graduates will contribute to project briefs, maintain safety standards and work within a multidisciplinary team, developing professional engineering competencies in a permanent, full-time setting.

Support project engineers and project technicians on assigned projects, fulfilling the project brief in an efficient, controlled and safe manner
Support the project engineer in carrying out design, reporting, contract documentation, checking and contract implementation activity
Support senior engineering and administration personnel in their day-to-day activities
Attend site and supervise and monitor site activities where appropriate
Promote adherence to our systems and standards
Degree in civil, structural or environmental engineering or equivalent (Minimum Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent)
Keen interest in the practical application of engineering
Strong analytical skills
Good teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic
Fluency/high level of proficiency in spoken and written English
Work experience in the industry
