Clarity Locums are recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for agency work within a respite centre in the Clare area. You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care and monitor residents' health.

The role offers a mix of day, evening and night shifts with flexibility in rosters and duties. Benefits include paid NMBI registration, sign-on bonus, referral bonus, free uniform and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Nursing and active NMBI registration.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a respite centre.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Carry out clinical observations and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Document accurately and maintain nursing records.
• Work across day, evening and night shifts with a flexible approach.
