Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to support an ENR client in rapidly implementing risk registers across a broad portfolio of projects. The role focuses on facilitating risk workshops, aiding Project Managers to document risks into a risk register, and preparing quality risk data for migration into an Enterprise Project Management tool.

The successful candidate will drive consistent risk coverage, ensure data quality, and collaborate across teams to promote best practices in risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in risk management, PMO, project controls, project governance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project, programme, and Enterprise Risk Management principles and methodologies.
• Understanding of ISO 31000 Risk Management Principles.
• Base knowledge of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), including schedule and cost risk analysis, would be desirable.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven experience facilitating risk workshops and supporting project teams in the identification, assessment, and management of risks.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver within challenging timelines.
• Experience working within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, or energy sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to drive the rapid implementation of risk registers while maintaining a high standard of data quality and risk coverage.

• Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with Team Leads, Project Managers, and project teams.
• Support the creation, review, and implementation of risk registers.
• Ensure risks, controls, mitigations, and actions are documented consistently and to a high standard.
• Promote risk management best practices and improve stakeholder understanding of the risk process.
• Track progress of risk register completion and support reporting activities.
• Ensure risk data is complete, accurate, and suitable for migration into an Enterprise Project Management tool.
