Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting a Mobile RGI Boiler Technician to service and repair gas boilers across a portfolio of client sites in Dublin and surrounding areas. The role covers planned maintenance, fault finding and reactive callouts, operating with a company vehicle and fuel card.

You will carry out gas safety inspections and ensure all works meet RGI regulations and health & safety standards, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining detailed maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Current RGI registration is essential.
• Qualified Plumbing and/or Heating Technician.
• Experience servicing/repairing gas boilers and heating systems.
• Strong fault-finding/diagnostic skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair domestic and commercial gas boilers.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive callouts.
• Diagnose and rectify faults on heating and hot water systems.
• Complete gas safety inspections and certification where required.
• Ensure work complies with RGI regulations and health & safety standards.
• Accurately complete job reports and maintenance records.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service across multiple client sites.

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading maintenance contractor for an experienced RGI Boiler Technician to join their growing mobile engineering team.

The Role

As a Mobile RGI Boiler Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, fault finding, and reactive repairs on gas-fired heating systems across a portfolio of client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair domestic and commercial gas boilers.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive callouts.
• Diagnose and rectify faults on heating and hot water systems.
• Complete gas safety inspections and certification where required.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with RGI regulations and health & safety standards.
• Accurately complete job reports and maintenance records.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while working across multiple client sites.

Requirements
