Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to steer the RFP response function, partnering with commercial leaders and subject-matter experts to craft compelling value propositions and success stories.

You will coach Proposal Managers, ensure compliant, high-quality submissions, and align responses with prospect objectives and business priorities. This role requires overseeing RFP intake, prioritization, and a standards-driven process to improve efficiency and win rates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading RFP response functions and cross-functional proposal workflows.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into compelling proposals.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing proposal teams.
• Experience with global tenders and U.S./Canadian government markets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the RFP response function with commercial leaders and SMEs.
• Coach and develop Proposal Managers for high-quality, compliant submissions.
• Oversee intake, qualification, and prioritization of RFP requests.
