Job summary

Personio is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to monitor payout performance, manage SPIFFs, and oversee data uploads to ensure accurate commission payouts. You will work with team leaders to track attainment and model quota assignments from business goals, handling corrections and documenting precedents.

Ideal candidates have experience with large datasets, Excel/Sheets, and Salesforce/Tableau, in a hybrid, remote-friendly environment as part of the Revenue Operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems into components.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUPs, pivots, data feeds).
• Experience in Salesforce and Tableau, creating reports and dashboards.
• Experience in a Revenue Operations team.

The Role: How you’ll make an impact at Personio

Join our dynamic Revenue Operations team at Personio, where we focus on all aspects of performance within the Revenue Organization. Our small but mighty team is responsible for setting quotas based on business plans, ensuring accurate compensation payouts, and analyzing data trends to identify areas for improvement.

Led by a seasoned SaaS Compensation expert, this role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute as we embark on a comprehensive review and upgrade of our compensation and performance monitoring systems and processes.

Role Responsibilities: What you’ll do

• Monitor, analyse and synthesize payout and performance against targets, identifying key drivers of any variances.
• Own, track, and manage all aspects of SPIFFs
• Maintain and manage monthly uploads of revenue targets data to ensure accurate commission payouts.
• Liaise with team leaders to ensure understanding of how attainment is tracked, calculated, and measured.
• Manage large data sets to calculate individual quota assignments, modelled from overall business plan goals.
• Handle correction and exception requests from sales and document precedents

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• Robust experience managing large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems into their component parts
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and data feeds from various systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau
• Experience in Salesforce and Tableau, particularly in creating reports and dashboards
• Experience in a Revenue Operations team
