Job summary

WRITECH INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LIMITED in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, invites applications for a Revit Technician to join our team. You will produce detailed 2D and 3D Revit drawings for fire protection sprinkler systems and support electrical and mechanical installation work.

You will work to our TIDP procedures, update drawings from feedback, and help maintain project documentation to meet deadlines and client expectations. Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Revit Technician role.
• Must work to defined procedures using the TIDP to manage the drawings and review process of each drawing.
• IFC drawings in a very timely manner
• Be part of the Design Standardisation
• Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Revit Technician, you will work closely with our high-profile client base to produce detailed Revit drawings for fire protection sprinkler systems. You will assist the design team in creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings for Electrical and Mechanical installation work, ensuring that all drawings adhere to the highest quality standards and procedures. You will be working with standardised modular builds and templates offering efficient Fabrication and risk assessed for efficient and safe installation. You will also assist in updating and revising drawings based on feedback from the Operations and Installation teams. This role involves maintaining project documentation and supporting the team in meeting project deadlines and client expectations.

Experience in a Revit Technician role.

• Must enjoy working on Revit and to standards.
• Must work to defined procedures using the TIDP to manage the drawings and review process of each drawing.
• IFC drawings in a very timely manner
• Be part of the Design Standardisation
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude to learning and wanting to improve.
• Ability to work to defined procedures and coach others in standardising Design.
• Relevant qualification in Revit or Engineering (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline).
• Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, to project deadlines, while maintaining adherence to process disciplines.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Ability to commute/relocate to Mullingar Business Park, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath N91: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
