With an active growth strategy underway across the Group, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to join our management team and play a key role in maximising revenue performance across our hospitality portfolio.
Our portfolio includes Wren Urban Nest, our distinctive and sustainably focused hotel in the heart of Dublin 2, alongside The Savoy Hotel and The George Hotel in Limerick. The Group also includes the Red Cow Moran Hotel, currently operating on a private contract basis, with an additional boutique hotel property currently in development in London.

Wren Urban Nest – Dublin 2
Wren Urban Nest is a contemporary city-centre hotel and one of Dublin’s most sustainably focused places to stay.
The property currently comprises:
- 8 recently added apartments
- Planning permission for a further 111 bedrooms, creating significant future potential for inventory and revenue growth
The Revenue Manager will have particular responsibility for the revenue strategy and day-to-day performance of Wren Urban Nest, while also supporting wider revenue initiatives and standards across the Moran Hospitality portfolio.

The Role
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue and distribution strategies to maximise occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR and overall commercial performance.
Working closely with hotel management, sales and reservations teams, the successful candidate will use market insight, forecasting and commercial analysis to identify opportunities, optimise pricing and inventory, and support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the revenue management and distribution strategy for Wren Urban Nest, including day-to-day pricing, yielding and inventory optimisation.
- Conduct daily pick-up, pace and demand analysis and adjust pricing and availability strategies accordingly.
- Monitor competitor performance, market trends and changes in demand to identify commercial opportunities.
- Maintain and develop a rolling 24–36 month demand calendar, incorporating key events, market trends and anticipated demand periods.
- Develop dynamic pricing strategies aligned with the positioning, demand patterns and growth potential of each property.
- Prepare weekly forecasts and provide clear analysis of performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
- Manage and optimise third-party distribution channels, ensuring appropriate availability, pricing and channel mix.
- Analyse the performance and profitability of all key market segments, including direct digital, corporate, FIT, consortia, groups, extended-stay and apartment business.
- Review monthly revenue and financial performance and provide commercially focused recommendations to management.
- Ensure revenue management, distribution and reservation systems are correctly configured, maintained and optimised.
- Monitor rate parity, availability and inventory across all distribution channels.
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Operations and senior management to align revenue strategy with wider commercial objectives.
- Review the hotel website booking journey, rates and availability to ensure accuracy and maximise direct conversion opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, including market segmentation, booking source information and denials tracking.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop clear action plans to address risks and capitalise on opportunities.
- Apply revenue management best practice across competitor analysis, market modelling, forecasting, distribution strategy and inventory control.
- Evaluate the performance and cost-effectiveness of distribution partners and contracted business, including OTAs, FIT, corporate, consortia and group accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve channel mix and reduce distribution costs while increasing profitable direct business.
- Support the annual budgeting and revenue planning process.
- Contribute to the development of consistent revenue management standards across the wider Moran Hospitality portfolio.
- Promote a strong commercial and revenue-focused culture across hotel departments.
- Support revenue planning for new inventory, property expansions and future hospitality developments within the Group.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as required by management.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel revenue management, ideally within the Dublin hotel market.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
- Demonstrable experience in hotel pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution strategy.
- Experience working at both operational and management level within hotel revenue management.
- Strong knowledge of online distribution channels, OTAs and direct booking strategies.
- A commercially focused and analytical approach, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions.
- A proven track record of contributing to or delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present clear commercial reports.
- A proactive, confident and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hotel management, sales, reservations and operational teams.
- A genuine interest in market trends, commercial performance and identifying new revenue opportunities.
