O’Neill and Brennan is recruiting a Retrofit Surveyor for our client in Meath and surrounding areas. The role involves undertaking building surveys and measured surveys, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and delivering tailored recommendations for property requirements.

DOE: €55k – €65K + Bonus and Company Car. The position requires 2-3 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor and a qualification in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor.
• Qualification in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Thorough knowledge of legislation and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking building surveys & measured surveyor based on site assessment.
• Ensure all surveys comply with building regulations.
• Provide clients with recommendations for the most suitable solutions tailored to their specific property requirements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
• Ensure precise documentation and engage with essential stakeholders.
