PrepayPower is seeking a Customer Retention Sales Executive in Sandyford, Dublin 18, with hybrid work after probation. The role focuses on understanding data insights to help customers save money and reduce churn, while earning uncapped commission and progressing into senior roles.

Starting salary is €32,000 with a path to €34,000 after probation and on-target earnings of €49,000+ at full performance. Training and support are provided to build a long-term career in a fast-growing energy company.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from customers who are looking for a better energy offer.
• Use data insights to understand each customer’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Build friendly customer relationships in order to minimise customer churn
• Support with mentoring and coaching for our junior sales team as you progress within the business.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and customer churn.
• Provide valuable customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
