Currys Carrickmines is seeking a Sales Manager to coach and lead a high-performing store team. You will develop staff, align on sales targets and ensure outstanding customer service as you guide the team to exceed expectations in every interaction.

You’ll drive product launches, identify opportunities to grow sales, and create an energised, inclusive environment where colleagues feel valued and customers receive expert advice. Join us to help more customers enjoy technology.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business.
• Proven coaching skills with a hands-on management style.
• Track record of identifying commercial opportunities to maximise sales.
• Confident leading a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.

Responsabilités

• Coaching colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products to suit their needs.
• Leading a highly engaged team, understanding strengths and development opportunities, and supporting personal development plans.
• Inspiring colleagues to put the customer first whilst driving sales and profit objectives.
• Creating excitement and engagement when new products launch, being the first to suggest how this new tech can be brought to life.
