• Track record of identifying commercial opportunities within a department or store to maximise sales.
• Confident in leading a team, approachable to colleagues and customers.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.

• Coaching colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products to suit their needs.
• Leading a highly engaged team, understanding strengths and development opportunities, and supporting personal development plans.
