Job summary

eir is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for a full-time role in Douglas, County Cork. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and tailor broadband and mobile solutions to meet expectations.

The role offers a base salary of €28,798 plus an attractive commission structure, with full training provided. You’ll work in a target-driven environment, receive ongoing support and opportunities for advancement, and enjoy benefits including wellness programmes, healthcare discounts, and 22 days

Confident in engaging with a variety of customers and understanding their needs.
Clear, effective communication with the ability to explain products and services.

Interest in mobile, broadband and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to store performance.
Handle queries and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support daily store operations including stock control, data entry, and cash handling.
Stay up-to-date with eir’s product offerings, promotions and store policies for accurate service.
Keep informed of competitor offerings to provide relevant information.
