Homesavers in Limerick is seeking a hands-on Retail Team Leader to manage day-to-day store operations and support retail leadership. You will drive stock replenishment, merchandising, and service standards while guiding a small team.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, flexible hours, and proven leadership in retail. You will participate in deliveries, stock counts, and training to develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to company standards.
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling and regular inventory counts.
• Open and close the store, following security and operational procedures.
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and controls.
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the team.
