Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Dublin is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a busy store floor, motivate the team, and drive excellent customer service. You’ll support the management team with day-to-day operations, stock control, and sales targets while modelling the That Superdrug feeling.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced store.
• Support management with day-to-day running and driving sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store appearance.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Hit targets and keep operations running smoothly.
