Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Limerick is seeking a Supervisor to motivate a busy team and help deliver great customer service.

You’ll support the management team with day-to-day store operations, drive sales, keep shelves stocked, and reduce shrinkage. The role is 20 hours per week with flexibility, and offers a competitive €16.70 per hour.

Piercing services training is provided if needed and opportunities for progression exist in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in fast-paced high street retail.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to develop and improve team members' skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team in a busy store to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations and product availability.
• Drive sales, hit targets and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Maintain stock, reduce shrinkage and till errors, and uphold store standards.
