Choice Stores in Trim is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and drive sales. You will coach the team, ensure safety and stock accuracy, and deputise for the store manager as needed.

The role requires a driving licence, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Flexible hours and shop-floor responsibilities are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
• Must have full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fantastic customer service experience to every customer.
• Maximise sales in the store.
• Motivate and support the team to maintain high standards.
• Deputise for the store manager in their absence.
• Support the Management team in day-to-day store running.
• Keep the store well merchandised and clean.
• Process deliveries and manage stock levels quickly.
