Specsavers Citywest is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support store directors in running daily retail operations. You will supervise, coach and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and to exceed performance targets, using KPIs to boost sales and control costs.

Based at Citywest Shopping Centre, this role offers full-time hours, thorough training and development, and the chance to lead a friendly team in a busy optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous optics experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive in ensuring the store presents to the highest standards.
• Look for commercial opportunities to improve the dispensing customer journey.
• Ensure dispensing service complies with group policies and procedures.
• Liaise with the lab to provide accurate information about customer collections.
• Develop yourself to strengthen leadership in a changing business.
• Be a role model for excellent management to motivate staff.
