Specsavers Citywest is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the store Directors in operations, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high technical standards and outstanding customer service.

You will use KPIs to drive sales, control costs and help lead a busy team with training and development. The role requires previous optics experience and offers ongoing training and progression opportunities.

• Previous optics experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store presents to the highest standard with close attention to detail.
• Identify commercial opportunities to improve the dispensing customer journey.
• Ensure dispensing service complies with Group policies.
• Liaise with the lab to provide accurate collection information.

• Lead regular team meetings and training sessions.
